Where do you deliver to?

We only deliver to the UK at the moment. But if you live elsewhere and you’re interested in our fragrances, let us know.

Do I have to pay for postage?

Nope, postage is free.

How quickly will I get my order?

We’ll send your order out at soon as possible using Royal Mail 1st Class. If it hasn’t arrived after 15 working days, let us know.

Can I get a refund or replacement?

We can offer you a refund or a replacement in the following circumstances:

  • You’ve received the wrong product
  • The product you received is damaged or defective (in this case, we may ask to see photographic proof)
  • The product hasn’t arrived within 15 working days

Let us know if you’d like a refund or replacement.

Do I have to pay for the postage if I’m returning my fragrance?

No, we’ll cover that cost as long as you’ve emailed us first and we’ve agreed to a refund or replacement.
